The crew from Whirlwind is back from the NAMM Show!
The trip started last Monday when the 6 of us headed west for the illustrious NAMM Show 2012, and ended a week later with a lot of high fives and a recharged level of excitement. This year was extra special in that we brought (among other things) two ground breaking new product lines: The first being our POWER LINK line of power distribution, which is a new way of distributing power in a live and mobile situation (while keeping in line with the "over built" style of manufacturing that we've incorporated into everything we make). The second big venture this year demonstrates our dedication to excellence with the launch of our new Fiber Optic line of cables and assemblies, an entire division of Whirlwind that has already earned the respect of some of the biggest names in the industry. This gave us more than enough to wet the appetites of a very hungry industry looking for something new.
For the musicians we had the new OC BASS Optical Compressor to unleash, and unleash we did... Carmine Rojas (Joe Bonamassa), and Norwood Fisher (Fishbone) to name a few are all now officially hooked and on board!
