An evening with Joe Bonamassa

Smokin' Joe Bonamassa is one of those guys that has simply raised the bar for the next millennium of guitar players. His integrity and soulful approach to the instrument is nothing shy of inspirational. I now know what it must have been like to be one of those guys that stumbled upon SRV in an Austin night club for the first time. We had the honor of hanging out with him for a tour of our factory, a meal and the following day watching him prepare for a show that ultimately left us all speechless. We were ecstatic to find out he was using our Orange Box Phaser, our Selector AB box and that he wanted to know what we were releasing next. (I think he's got an eye on the BOMB by the look on his face when he played through it…but only time will tell). Regardless, we can't wait to hear what he's got next. An amazing group of 10 clearly talented individuals make the entire production possible, musicians, crew, and all. Our hats off to all of them. Joe Bonamassa's current U.S. tour is a performance not to be missed and we are proud to be behind him all along the way. Thanks Joe for your blistering chops, and thank you for choosing Whirlwind.
